Credit Card - Orders may be placed using VISA, MASTERCARD, or
AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Terms - Customers may also apply for an account
and be granted Terms based on approval of credit from our accounting department. Normal Terms
are Net 30 and will be agreed to as stated in our Standard Terms and Conditions.

Unless I-O Technologies, Inc. (IOT) otherwise agrees in writing, the following
terms and conditions shall be applicable to all invoices, quotations, and
customer purchase orders.
INVOICE - If there are any discrepancies in quantities or price on your invoice,
please contact IOT within (5) working days of receipt of invoice. Failure to notify
IOT shall confirm that all items related to this transaction are correct. Notification
of discrepancies does not modify any terms of original invoice including original
payment due date of invoice.
DELIVERY - All deliveries are made F.O.B. factory location unless otherwise
specified in our quote to you.
SHIPMENT QUANTITY - Although IOT will attempt to ship the exact quantity ordered,
custom media/ribbon orders are subject to an 8% over or under run by the manufacturer.
You will be invoiced only for the actual quantity shipped. If this is not acceptable
the customer must notify us in writing of any exception to this policy.
PAYMENT - Each invoice shall become payable according to the terms stated
on the invoice. IOT may, at its sole discretion ship C.O.D. or require full or partial
payment in advance. In addition during any time you are in default of payment terms,
IOT shall have the right to withhold and or reclaim the equipment or products and
bill the customer for the restocking charge as stated below.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Any cancellation of orders are subject to a restocking
charge up to twenty-five (25%) percent. In the event of cancellation of custom ordered
products in which our cost may exceed 25% restocking charge, the customer will be
charged for the actual costs incurred plus 25%. Costs may include special materials,
dies, plates, labor, tooling, and overhead expenses.
TAXES - All prices are subject to the addition of any applicable federal,
state, or local sales and or use taxes, which shall be paid by you, and you agree
to pay any such taxes which have not been collected by IOT and which IOT
subsequently is required to pay to the taxing authority.
COLLECTION - In the event you shall fail to make payment when due for purchases,
you agree to pay all of IOT's costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's
fees, costs and expenses.
LIMITED WARRANTY - I-O Technologies, Inc. (IOT) warrants product to be in
the condition represented by IOT and free of defects for the specified warranty
period. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. Shipping is non-refundable. Defective product may be returned for repair,
replacement, or credit at our option. Returns for credit or refund must be returned
within 30 days of shipping and are subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided that
they are received in their original condition with all accessories and packaging (missing
items are billed at replacement cost). Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
IOT disclaims any implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will IOT be liable for any consequential,
special, or incidental damages or lost profits, even if it has been advised of the
probability of such damages.
